Well, I went internet crazy and found a whole lot of visual guides to show you what exactly food does for you. Why whole foods are a good choice for you and what those foods are actually doing to help your body.
It's interesting that there are so many diseases and ailments that can be prevented or 'cured' by simply eating foods that target those areas in the body.
